Click here to downlaod the Travel Fellowship support document| Terms and conditions: 1. Applicant must be member of AMPI TN&PY 2. Age of applicant must less than 35 years 3. Applicant shall present oral or poster paper presentation in National conference/seminar/workshop/training etc and TamilNadu & Puducherry chapter conference/seminar/ workshop/training etc. 4. Preference will be given to applicant working in remote/rural/ limited facility centre 5. Last date for application 90 days in advance from the date of conference/seminar/workshop/training etc . 6. Application should be forwarded / endorsed by Chief Medical Physicist of institute/hospital. In case of single Medical Physicist centre no need of forward or endorsement. 7. AMPI TN&PY chapter EC committee will scrutinize and short list applications 8. AMPI TN&PY will provide financial travel assistance to the applicant 9. Shortest route actual to and fro train fare of III AC will be sanctioned by AMPI TN&PY 10. Applicant must submit the report without fail after attending conference/seminar/workshop or after completion of training period. 11. Number of travel fellowship available at present is one. 12. Selected applicant will intimated through email only. |
